Important Safety Recall

What is a Vehicle Recall?

RAM Trucks New Zealand regard the safety of our customers and their families as paramount. To accomplish this, RAM Trucks New Zealand may release Safety recalls as precautionary measures. Safety Recalls include any problem encountered with a RAM Truck product related to the safe operation of the vehicle or the safety of the occupants.

How will you Know if a Recall is Outstanding on your Vehicle?

RAM Trucks New Zealand will issue notices, via post, to all current registered owners of affected vehicles. All customer information is obtained via NZTA at the time of release of the recall. Alternatively, owners of vehicles can speak with their local RAM Trucks authorised dealer who will then be able to advise if any outstanding repairs are required. Please visit www.ramtrucks.co.nz/locate-a-dealer/ to find your nearest RAM Trucks authorised dealer.

What Recalls are Currently Outstanding?

Owners are welcome to search for their specific model via www.vehiclerecallsafety.nzta.govt.nz which will display any current recalls released by RAM Trucks New Zealand. To confirm if your vehicle is affected, owners must check with their local RAM Trucks authorised dealer.
