About RAM Trucks New Zealand

RAM Trucks are distributed by Ateco Group NZ.

Engineering skills are used to completely remanufacture the RAM vehicles to right-hand drive on a purpose-built production line in Melbourne. Engineers and manufacturing teams have designed hundreds of OE quality parts and implemented a completely unique build process with the objective of producing a right-hand drive RAM Truck that meets the engineering standards, quality, and refinement of the left-hand drive product. Millions of dollars and tens of thousands of man-hours have been invested to ensure that RAM Trucks set a new benchmark.

Ateco attributes its import, distribution, network, sales, and marketing expertise to American Special Vehicles.

RAM Trucks in NZ are produced with full volume import approval, meaning they are fully compliant with Australian and New Zealand Design Rules.  Ateco will be the sole importer of RAM models covered by that approval.
